Resolve "Use console command to control which PointCloud source to use"

  • Add a formal console input parser. Prepare to support command queue input from console in the future.
  • Use console command to control lidar and realsense camera source.
  • Clean up main
  • Fix a RSC uncatched exception
  • Fix a double deletion on destroy

Note: I think we need an issue to track possible leak and uncatched exceptions.
