[OAC] Algorithm research
Implement a simple bug algorithm until
[Preparation for stage 2]
A brief report will be posted in wiki page soon :)

Maybe try to find some suitable algorithms for 2d and/or 3d dynamic path planning, and report:
- brief description
- how it perform (e.g. a video)
- advantages
- disadvantages
Then we can discuss in a meeting before the next stage to make our choice
