Provide user more help message if mode is not GUIDED

If the user wants to move using guided mode (e.g. yaw) but the current mode is not GUIDED, we should tell the user the current mode is not GUIDED.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
